All design
work done by FaircloughWebs (the Consultant) on behalf of a client
for a presentation or a web site will be kept private during the design phase.
All proprietary
client information will never be duplicated or communicated to any other source
in any manner whatsoever at any time.
If the work
is made available on the Internet during the design phase for the purpose
of client revision and approval, it will be kept on a server with reasonable
security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Client will
receive completed work upon final payment (per agreement) and, according to
prior arrangements, will receive the completed work or have the work uploaded
to a location designated by the client.
Upon completion,
the client may use the completed presentation in any manner desired and may
duplicate the presentation or website as necessary. Any credits to the Consultant
used in the work (by prior agreement) to indicate authorship must be maintained
throughout duplication.
Unless otherwise
agreed to in advance, the Consultant reserves the right to use all or part
of a client's work published on the Internet as a reference or demo in a portfolio
of past work, providing none of that work which is used violates client confidentiality
in previous sections of this agreement.
